Each customer purchasing equipment of our brand is entitled to receive stationary training at a reduced price of 2000 gross/1 person, 3000 gross/2 persons, any further person to be agreed. Trainings are held by appointment at our Ori Spa in Poznan, or with a larger number of people (more than 4) at the customer's place. 

The training lasts 8h and can be completed in one day or divided into two days of 4h each.

Delivery within Poland's borders continues Up to 5 business days. You should also take into account the availability markings of the product visible on its page at any given time.

Each of our bathtub/bed comes with an instruction manual in Polish and a warranty card. The warranty is valid for 2 years. Service and repairs during this time are guaranteed, the buyer bears only the cost of shipping (organized on our behalf, if necessary). Repairs are carried out directly by us on site in Lubon. 

The Grace, Bamboo 1, Bamboo 2, Wena, Pistachio models require a cold water connection and drain. The exception is the Waterfall Head Spa recliner model Leo, which has receptacles in the frame under the mattress. Also self-contained is the freestanding tub, which houses a clean water reservoir inside and a faucet for draining dirty water. So is the Multiverse model, which is based on a configuration with our freestanding tubs.

Yes, the water is heated and regulated by Controller located on the tub. The water can be adjusted in a range of up to 40 °C.

Each recliner in the series that requires a plumbing connection is supplied with a set of equipment necessary for installation, including hot/cold water hoses and an accordion pipe for the drain.

Freestanding tubs and the Multiverse model, due to their self-contained nature, do not include the above-mentioned accessories.

In addition to the paper manual shipped with the product, two links to videos are also available in it Instructional. Excerpts include operation of the control panel and operation of the Steamer (if purchased).

The Leo, Grace, Bamboo 1, Bamboo 2, Wena, Pistachio models come with a set of shapers/cushions included in the price, so you gain additional product features, such as the ability to perform full-body treatments.

Leo, Grace, Bamboo 1, Bamboo 2, Wena, Pistachio models are supplied with a seating pouffe, aesthetically matched to the model. 

No, a steamer with an overlay is not included in the kit. You should additionally mark it as an option during purchase.

Payment can be made via Przelewy24 or PayPal. We also offer installment payment and leasing. Cash on delivery is not available for orders over 2500 PLN.

Waterfall Head Spa loungers are shipped by gabar courier due to the weight and size of the package. The courier does not carry out lifting and assembly services. We ship other products via courier service or pickup points. Personal pickup is possible, but please make a realistic estimate of your transportation options when purchasing the loungers due to their dimensions and weight.
