The idea to found Multiverse was born while Jadwiga was studying trichology. Her fascination with hair care, but especially with the relationship between the condition of hair and the condition of the scalp, as well as her private love of scalp massage, inspired her to search for ideal solutions in this area. Becoming gradually acquainted with Asian scalp washing techniques, she noticed a lack of suitable devices on the market, which prompted her to take the first steps and gradually expand them to the entire strategy of the company's establishment. She began by finding manufacturers and traveled to China herself to personally oversee production specifications and verify the quality to which she subscribes.
